Individual reflective account on the group activities

This should build directly on assessment 1b, specifically you should consider the way your team developed after the simulation and how you went on to produce a report and analysis as part of a team working at a distance, you should consider your own contribution and your own learning, as well as how effective the team operated in this new project, was there any learning carried forward from the initial group tasks, and any evidence of continued development. You should refer to theories of both team-working, group dynamics and strategy.
You should also consider whether the use of models and theories in a dynamic environment showed considerable differentiation between that and the static environment of the report. If so in which did they feel more effective? How might you adjust the models to make them more appropriate and useful in either environment?
As part of this reflection you should look back at your original post of what is strategy to the discussion board, also at how you might have updated it in assignment 1b, and how you view strategy now.
