Some guidance on the perspective that should be used: This is pretty much about designing an evidence-based project.
You do not actually complete the project, but you design it through the proposal that was worked on. The designing of the PICOT implies that the project is a research study – which it is not. It is a gathering of evidence to make a change in your workplace. So, your first paper – in week 3 – was about targeting the area of interest and assuring that you had enough information to examine the evidence related to your proposed project, and of course that you are headed in the right direction. Next, you gathered all the evidence related to the topic that will allow you to convince co-workers and persons in your place of work, to make a practice change. Then you made an implementation plan for presenting the evidence for the practice change at your place of work so that coworkers will want to do as you propose. Finally, you designed a method of evaluation so that you can determine if the change is worked and is sustained at your place of work.
