Outline of the paper

i included my outline in the draft paper(for you to look at)

but only “literature review” part is needed for the order

Literature Review: please follow my outline. If you have better idea, please inform me first, thank you)

1. Define the key terms of the resesrch (e.g., (service) quality, digital services, digital service quality, retail agglomerations…)
2. When and how did digital service appear?
3. How to defind quality of digital service? What is good digital service and what is bad?
4. Describe key conceptual models (e.g., the models of retail attractiveness and digital service quality…)-This model on the next slide (I found another one as well although I am not sure if that’s correct: I will upload the reading. Please use at least two models(briefly describle the one from professor and use the one I found or you can find another one)
5. How digital services benefit retail agglomerations/shopping malls/stores?
6. Report (empirical) findings of other researchers: What have they found out about your research topic? What do we know and what is still unknown?

Include at least 20 references; consider the ones professor provided(the model on the  next slide) and then go deeper.

Use mostly academic references!
