This group assignment is a continuation of the quality analytics simulation. You will have an opportunity to reflect on and share your experience completing the simulation. It is also an opportunity to demonstrate your level of understanding of quality management principles.
This assignment covers the following learning outcomes from the course syllabus:
Calculate the control limits and the capability indexes of a process
Use control limits in real time to maintain control of a process
Analyze control charts post hoc to determine whether a process is capable
Examine quality control investment decisions to minimize total cost of quality

For this group assignment, work with your teammates to develop a 10-15-minute PowerPoint Presentation. You will want to include the following components in your presentation.
