Description
Module 2 Analysis Activity:
Tasks and Behaviors Tasks and Behaviors:
For activity, utilizing material from the course and from personal experience, you will build a behavior map for a decision-making process in the organization, and build a task analysis around those behaviors to isolate and reduce decision friction for improved user experience.
Instructions:
Read through the resources provided below, and in the Module 2 lesson. Using the resources from this course, and your understanding of model building, construct a user experience map for a process that is within an organization. Note where critical user decisions take place, and what tasks the user needs to complete to make or inform those decisions (i.e. places in which the user will need to make a decision one way or another). For each critical decision point, create a list of questions (at least one quantitative) you would want to know about that stage in the process which might improve that user experience.
Submit your user experience map with annotations and questions.
