The CEO has observed that the presentations in her leadership team balance data and analytics, and business judgment and experience. She has also been impressed by the analytical rigor supporting strategic recommendations. The CEO has learned that you are the driver of these changes, and she would like to meet with you. She only has five minutes available for you so she does not want a PowerPoint presentation. This is your opportunity to gain her support and persuade her to drive the cultural change from the top down. Record your five minute pitch to the CEO, highlighting your work, its impact and its importance to the long-term success of the company. Be sure to conclude with a request for her support and leadership of the enterprise change.
Your Pitch should consist of a brief verbal summary (“elevator pitch”).
For this final submission, please pay attention to these important requirements:

1. Video recording
At the start of your recording, please indicate who you are talking to – i.e., who is in the audience for Your Pitch.
The most important criteria are that you are understood and present information clearly.
You will be assessed on the following:
• How well does your Pitch summarize the actionable insights of Your Plan, i.e. the how, why, when, and expected results of implementation?
• How clearly and convincingly do you explain that Your Plan demonstrates the most appropriate ways of changing the behavior of an organization, so that both the analytics program and its results are adopted?
• Does your pitch reflect a clear understanding of the complex combination of rational thinking and emotive factors, and do you present a persuasive case for change?
