Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, you are required to createa thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum.  You must apply and synthesize ideas from all of the required reading and presentations for the assigned module, in addition to additional scholarly sources.

Reply Guidelines:

Responding to a classmate’s thread requires both the addition of new ideas and analysis. A particular point made by the classmate must be addressed and built upon by your analysis in order to move the conversation forward. Thus, the reply is a rigorous assignment that requires you to build upon the thread to develop deeper and more thorough discussion of the ideas introduced. As such, replies that merely affirm, restate or unprofessionally quarrel with the previous thread(s) and fail to make a valuable, substantive contribution to the discussion will receive appropriate point deductions.

Merely posting the same reply in 2 or more places is not sufficient and may be treated as a form of academic misconduct. The original thread must incorporate ideas and citations from all of the required readings and presentations for that module/week. The reply posts must also integrate ideas and citations from the required readings and presentations for the module/week.

This course utilizes the Post-First feature in all Discussion Board Forums. This means you will only be able to read and interact with your classmates’ threads after you have submitted your thread in response to the provided prompt. Assignment specifics:

• Discussion board threadsmust be at 500–600 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge.
• Ideas from the required reading and presentations for the assignment module must all be integrated and cited in the thread.
• Cite the 2 scholarly articles you reference in APA
• Reply to 3 other classmates’ threads. Each reply must be 250-300 words. Each reply must include citations from scholarly sources.
• Netiquette: You must use proper netiquettein all course work, including your Discussion Board Forum threads and replies.
