Freedom of speech

Service Project Proposal (5-7 pages). Your service project proposal will 1) describe a problem in your community, 2) identify people or organizations already working to confront that problem, 3) outline a specific and detailed plan of action, 4) describe anticipated hurdles or challenges, and 5) discuss what outcomes you hope to achieve.

I want you to center around freedom of speech in Arab countries and how it is opposed by the community and the governments . Mention Jamal Khashogji the Saudi journalist who was assassinated by his own country for doing his job . There are many other incidents like the Arab spring for example you could use to show lack of democracy and freedom of speech . This makes movements much harder and more violent which is my argument in this essay . There are not much movements and organizations as they fear oppression from the authorities . My solution is to eliminate dictatorships and reach a form of moderate democracy because I think excessive democracy is not practical . Relate to the community as a large portion are patriotic and wont accept sustainable changes.

Dont be very broad as the instructions suggest that we have to propose a solution for a sustainable change in the community
