Part I: Organized labor in the United States has steadily declined in membership over the last several decades, though many sectors have seen an increase in labor union members such as education and the service industry. Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of union membership.
Examine collaboration theories, techniques, and best practices for union avoidance; propose two strategies on how to foster relationships within the workplace. List the strategies, explain what they are, and explain how this strategy will work.
