II. Process Improvement Plan Phase: In this section, you will be developing an improvement plan to address key initiatives that were identified in section I
of the critical elements. Your plan will address the following elements:
A. Develop performance measurement benchmarks to address productivity of staff.
B. Discuss the employment laws that impact the evaluation of staff performance to ensure compliance with legal standards.
C. Explain the new standard process for delivering feedback to staff based on their performance appraisal. Use management strategies to support
your approach.
D. Using the accreditation standards set by the Joint Commission regarding leadership, provide recommendations for ensuring compliance with
the leaderships standards related to evaluating the effectiveness of staff.
E. Recommend a diverse group of stakeholders that form an effective team for validating the viability of strategic recommendations in addressing
identified compliance issues.
F. Describe new policies and procedures that need to be implemented to address the compliance issues identified in the initiation and preparation
phase.
G. Describe specific training needs for addressing cultural diversity issues for new hires.
H. Assess the specific training needs for existing staff to address the identified compliance issues
